ApiKeeper is built for privacy: your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud. The AI features run entirely on-device.
Your data stays yours
Colonies, apiaries, visits, photos, honey lots and queens are stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, synced through your private iCloud account (CloudKit). We have no access to this data.
On-device artificial intelligence
Smart entry and the seasonal assistant use Apple's on-device models that run directly on your device. Your notes are not sent to any external AI server.
Weather & declarations
Weather flight windows may query a forecast service using an apiary's location. The annual hive declaration helper redirects you to the official service; no data is submitted on your behalf.
Purchases
ApiKeeper Pro is handled by the App Store through StoreKit. Payment details are processed by Apple; we never have access to them.
No ads, no tracking
ApiKeeper contains no ads, no third-party trackers and no behavioral analytics. No data is ever sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Most of your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud. You can view, edit or delete it at any time from within the app, and erase everything by removing the app and its iCloud data. For any data request (GDPR), please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy. Any change will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
